He studied psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) in Warsaw and at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, as well as completed Philosophy at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He is also a group trainer and a coach.
Jacek Masłowski has pursued the Gestalt therapy because he is a firm believer that the ability to live our lives in full and conscious contact with ourselves, our needs, potential and limitations makes it possible to create a satisfactory relationship with other people and the world.
He has always felt that human beings possess an almost unlimited potential that the majority of us do not ever use. This is because we are confronted with various limitations that we usually hide inside ourselves. Most of us are not aware of their nature and how they disturb our life. By attending the sessions, you will be able to identify the causes behind them and discover how you can modify them to obtain an opportunity to achieve significant improvement in the quality of your life.
Jacek Masłowski is an author of numerous publications, amongst others, in such periodicals as UrodaŻycia and Newsweek Psychologia. He also co-authored a book entitled “Sometimes affectionate, sometimes barbarian” (Polish title: “Czasemczuły, czasembarbarzyńca”).
