Dr Michał Charytonowicz is a specialist in plastic surgery.
He graduated from the Wrocław Medical University. Next, he completed his specialisation in general surgery in the Department of General Surgery at the Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration (MSWiA) and then in the Department of Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Academic Teaching Hospital in Wrocław.
In the years 2011-2013, he worked in the Eastern Poland Burn Treatment and Reconstructive Centre and from 2013 to 2017 in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Prof.Orłowski Hospital in Warsaw. From the year 2014, he was a research and didactic assistant in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Medical Postgraduate Training Centre (CMKP).
Since 2013, he has been working in Dr. Marek Szczyt’s Clinic of Plastic Surgery in Warsaw. He is an author of numerous scientific publications. He participates in scientific congresses and conferences with lectures on reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He completed internships in plastic surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery of the Ghent Medical University in Belgium, in the Villa Bella Clinic in Salo (Italy) as well as in Akademikliniken in Stockholm.
He takes regular part in courses and training sessions in the field of aesthetic surgery both in Poland and abroad. He is a member of the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery as well as of the Polish Society of Burn Treatment.
