She is a clinical sexologist and psychologist who completed post-graduate studies in the Faculty of Clinical Sexology at the Medical University of Warsaw. She is an assistant in the Department of Psychiatry at the Medical University of Warsaw as well as an academic lecturer at the Medical University of Warsaw in the First Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of the University Centre for Women’s and Infants’ Health at the Medical University of Warsaw. She also conducts sexology consultations in English. She is the first psychologist in Poland to have obtained the European EFS-ESSM certificate of a clinical sexologist.
She is currently preparing her doctoral dissertation on sexuality and emotional disorders in women diagnosed with infertility, under the supervision of His Magnificence prof. dr hab. n. med. Mirosław Wielgoś.
Her main area of activity is focused on the assessment of the psychological causes of sexual dysfunctions in men and women, such as lack or loss of sexual needs, sexual aversion, dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunctions, delayed ejaculation and orgasmic disorders. She also deals with disorders related to procreation psychology in couples diagnosed as infertile and qualified for the in vitro programme.
